Energy-intensive companies to claim refund of the network increases when they increase in return their energy efficiency.
Companies with electricity costs of at least 10 percent of the gross value added can, will be refunded the paid network surcharge in full. With electricity costs between at least 5 and less than 10 percent of the gross value of the contract will be paid net partially refundable. Refunds must be requested by petition.
